High Performance Particles

Iwatani offers a wide range of microsize particles with extremely narrow particle size distribution, ideal for precision thickness adjustment and assured electrical conductivity at the microscopic scale. In addition to LCDs, LEDs, and other electronic components and materials such as conductive paste, applications include the process of forming micropores in ceramic structures.

Products available: electrically conductive particles, high purity silica particles, resin particles, ultra-flexible high recovery particles*

*Ultra-flexible high recovery particles:

Acrylic resin particles with outstanding flexibility and recoverability characteristics; particles resist rupturing even if repeatedly loaded at deformation rates of 90% or more, returning to their original shape when the load is removed.

* Haya beads SB/SBL/SP are cross-linked microparticles containing “SeRM® Super Polymer” developed by ASM Inc.
