Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers

Incorporating a honeycomb heat reservoir that provides high heat recovery efficiency, this device provides both energy savings and deodorizing efficiency. It also consumes less fuel than other combustion methods, helping to reduce CO2 emissions. We can propose various systems that provide high decomposition efficiency and maintainability based on the actual exhaust gas properties and air volumes. Backed by an extensive track record, we offer extensive knowhow in handling exhaust gases containing silica and sticky tar.

Baking Out System

This system heats the heat reservoir to between 300°C and 400°C, burning and eliminating tar adhering to the heat reservoir. The blue smoke in the exhaust gas after baking out is detoxified once again in the combustion chamber before being exhausted.
